Did you know you can make masks yourself with simple products you already have in your kitchen?

Below are a few that actually do work, and are very easy to make because you already have all the ingredients at home!



Coffee Mask

Honestly coffee is LIFE for me, but coffee can be so much more than a drink … did you know that coffee is known to reduce swelling around the eyes?

How about Cocoa? right, hot cocoa is the best thing on earth on a cold winter day, BUUUUT cocoa has a lot of anti-oxidants and so work against aging.

& of course Greek yogurt … it is not only tasty with my granola, but on your face it is a great moisturizer, all of those ingredients together will make your skin glow, try adding a bit of honey into the mix too for better results


  • 1 tsp of grinded coffee (or instant coffee)

  • 1 tsp of cocoa powder

  • a couple of spoons of Greek yogurt

apply on your face, then leave on for 15 minutes & VOILA, radiant skin!


Highly moisturizing Banana mask

Glowing, moisturized face …  & let’ your pores breath

Yup the ingredients might make you feel like you are whipping a super healthy breakfast, nope – it is you highly moisturizing Banana mask.

Say goodbye to dry and dull skin with a banana mask.


  • mash 1 banana

  • 1 tsp of honey

  • 2 tsp of sour cream

apply on your face, then leave on for 15-20 minutes

Avocado and Honey Mask

Who doesn’t like Avocado, best thing out there isn’t it? good fats and tastes so good!

Well today instead of eating it, we’re gonna tying applying it to our pretty faces

Mash or the avocado until smooth  then blend in the rest of the ingredients.


  • 1/2 a very ripe avocado

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

Apply to your face, avoiding your eyes, and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Wipe your skin clean with a damp, warm cloth, or rinse your face with warm water in the shower.

Soothing Oatmeal Mask

Yet again you are going to think we’re making breakfast … but turns out not only Oatmeal is great as breakfast option or a pre-workout it is also pretty amazing for soothing rough, angry skin and for helping to heal eczema and acne breakouts.

Then honey and yogurt are great for calming and revitalizing any type of skin.


  • 1/3 cup instant oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup hot water

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1-2 tablespoons plain, unsweetened yogurt

blend all the ingredients together – now i really feel like i am making my morning shake.

apply on your face, then leave on for 10 minutes


Simple Coconut scrub

This one is so simple … I don’t l know about you but i been loving coconut oil and scrubs most of my life.

This is an easy to make & gentle face scrub. 2 ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 

  • 2 tbsp sugar



Just Combine coconut oil and sugar.  Then rub slowly on your face & neck .  Rinse dry with warm water.

This is an easy recipe to whip up when you don’t have a lot of time.  You can increase the ratios to make more of the mix, and store for up to 3 months.

Now you know what do do for your pamper weekend at home.
