The most important winners this year were women! 

This year at the Golden Globes (2018) Women took center stage and owned it!

If you have watched and followed the Golden Globes over the years you might have realized that THIS year, the Golden Globes was a bit different.

What’s up with all that BLAAAACK.

to protest against sexual harassment in the industry.

It is part of a campaign called ‘Times’s up’

TIME’S UP is a unified call for change from women in entertainment for women everywhere. From movie sets to farm fields to boardrooms alike, we envision nationwide leadership that reflects the world in which we live.

Take a look at how the movement took over the entire event

Over 300 people in the entertainment industry signed on, the campaign aims to fight inequalities and sexual harassment in any type of workplace (not just the entertainment industry)

It has currently raised $15M for legal defense fund, if you wish to donate, you can do so on GoFundMe and it is supporting Golden Globe attendees and anyone to wear black

To protest, women and Actors did not JUST wear black, they also spoke up, look at some of those soon to be historic moments.
