The crazy stuff I do – Crystals and stones…

In case you hang out around me, you know I love incense and might have noticed crystal bracelets around my wrist …

like incense or sage, crystals have been used to heal for many generations.

Sages of ancient India, Asia, as well as Native American and Celtic shamans, utilized crystals for healing, protection and ritual purposes. The Greeks also made use of crystals for healing purposes, prescribing different stones for specific ailments – some of which are still recommended today.

Crystals and gemstones are full energies.

Some crystals have higher frequencies, and their strong energy fields can be used to raise your personal vibration.

It is a personal choice whether to wear them as crystal jewelry or keep tumble stones on you in a pouch.

I am a big fan of the bracelets.
